This masterclass will be covering some basic aspects of upper body strength, using concepts from gymnastics strength training that are adapted for people of all levels and walks of life. The class will cover the following topics:
Straight arm strength progressions beginner to advanced
Bent arm strength progressions beginner to advanced
Specific mobility and prehab for strength work
How to build your own program
You will get practical material on how to go about developing upper body strength on your own, track your progress, and change programming according to it. We will talk about quality standards and the way of building the practice that will be sustainable over time.
