This 3 hours introductory class is a great opportunity to touch on the subject of general movement practice and get a grasp of what it is for those who are planning to join our regular classes.
In these 3 hours, we will go through the layers of movement practice that will be most beneficial for those who are willing to start their journey.
We will start with an introduction to the structure of the practice and what is the aim of it in an opening talk/lecture and after we will establish common terminology, which is a crucial component to being able to communicate efficiently within the community and within ourselves. Then we will follow by 2 hours of practice and leave sometime after for a Q&A session.
